Your responsibilities

  • Lead the development and promotion of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities across the organization, fostering a profitability-driven mindset.
  • Design and implement strategies to increase revenue, margin, and overall business profitability in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels that support business growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and business insights to senior leadership and executive management.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize pricing strategies and pricing policies in partnership with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Analyze profitability across customers, products, and sales channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of pricing adjustments, promotional strategies, and commercial terms optimization.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Sales Director, Channel Managers, and Key Account Managers.
  • Support the preparation of strategic customer offers, commercial proposals, and clearance initiatives.
  • Develop analytical tools and financial models that support commercial decision-making and sales planning.
  • Prepare regular reports on net pricing, profitability performance, and negotiation outcomes for senior management.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth and profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging data, analytics, and commercial best practices.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Sales, Category Management, Pricing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Controlling, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering initiatives that increased revenue, profitability, or commercial effectiveness.
  • Experience partnering with commercial and sales teams in a business-facing role.
  • Previous experience within FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, or a similar fast-paced industry is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with large and complex datasets.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI or comparable business intelligence and analytics tools.
  • Experience developing financial, commercial, and business models to support decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of pricing strategies, margin management, commercial planning, and revenue growth principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence business decisions without direct line authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with senior leaders and executive teams.
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth and improving business profitability. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and senior leadership teams, you will identify opportunities to optimize pricing, commercial performance, and margin generation across the organization.

This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities. You will leverage data-driven insights to shape commercial decisions, enhance revenue management practices, and support the development of profitable growth strategies.
