Data Engineer - Data&AI Consultant

Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in BI / Data / SQL development Commercial experience with Microsoft Power BI Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server) Experience with Microsoft Fabric or strong experience with Azure BI stack and readiness to work with Fabric: Lakehouse / Warehouse Data Pipelines (Fabric / ADF) Power BI Semantic Models Practical knowledge of DAX and Power BI optimization techniques Experience in building ETL / ELT processes Experience in requirements gathering and working with business stakeholders Nice to have: Experience with Azure Synapse / Azure Data Lake Familiarity with AI supported analytics or advanced analytical scenarios Consulting or customer-facing experience Personal skills: Strong analytical thinking Ability to understand business needs and propose effective technical solutions Good organization of your own work Very good communication skills Good knowledge of Polish and English We are a dynamically developing IT company and a Microsoft Partner, built by experienced Data & Analytics experts who actively shape modern BI platforms for enterprise customers.
