Clinical Data Coordinator I

Clinical Data Coordinator I role supporting clinical trial design and data analysis at a global healthcare research organization. The position involves managing clinical data deliverables, collaborating with study teams, and ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance in a hybrid Warsaw location.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Management Study Lead with eCRF development and data validation specifications
• Review clinical and third-party data according to edit specifications and review plans
• Generate clear and accurate data queries for investigational sites
• Communicate with peers, clinical data scientists, and functional management as needed
• Perform project activities including documentation management and query dispatch to maintain study timelines

Requirements

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
• Basic clinical data management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
• Proficiency with data management software such as Medidata or Oracle RDC
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and local language proficiency
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP regulatory guidelines preferred
