We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with French who will combine client relationship management with operational coordination in an international environment.
In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery while coordinating internal processes and collaborating closely with operational teams in Poland and France.
Your responsibilities
- Managing and developing long-term relationships with clients
- Leading regular client meetings and ensuring smooth communication
- Coordinating end-to-end operational processes related to client service
- Monitoring ongoing activities and identifying process inefficiencies
- Analyzing issues and driving problem-solving initiatives
- Preparing and implementing corrective action plans
- Cooperating closely with operational teams in Warsaw and stakeholders in France
- Ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in account management, client service, customer success or a similar client-facing role
- Speaks French fluently and communicates confidently in an international environment
- Is well-organized and able to manage priorities independently
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Feels comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and processes
- Takes ownership and proactively drives improvements
