Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, is expanding its Customer Operations Centre in Warsaw and we’re looking for talented individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Specialist (Escalations Team) .
Description
In this role, you’ll support Ryanair customers with more complex travel-related queries, helping to resolve issues efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment, you’ll play a key role in supporting millions of passengers across Europe.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Confidence working with multiple systems and digital tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Eligibility to work in Poland
