SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
  • Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys, ensuring usability, accessibility (WCAG) and consistency
  • Collaborate with frontend developers on UI/UX implementation, including wireframes and interaction concepts
  • Contribute to wireframes, interaction concepts, and UX improvements
  • Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready / Done
  • Ensure requirements meet regulatory and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR) and maintain traceability to implementation

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, business administration, or comparable experience.
  • 4+ years as a Business Analyst in agile environments
  • Proven UX/UI experience in complex digital applications
  • Hands‑on with Jira or similar backlog tools; UX methods (journey mapping, wireframing, usability testing)
  • Stakeholder management experience in large organizations
  • Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices
  • Experience with large‑scale transformation or refactoring initiatives
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Our standard is a hybrid working model with office presence in Katowice at least once per week. Specific arrangements can be discussed during the recruitment process.
