Job Overview:

Pentoz is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in IT services, website, and mobile app development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful business deals. Strong expertise in CRM tools is essential for tracking and optimizing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, web, and mobile app development.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs.
  • Effectively use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and optimize conversion.
  • Work closely with the technical team to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development within an IT services or web & mobile app development company.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and successful business conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
