Your Mission:

We are looking for a new Regional Sales Manager for the East to capitalize on growth opportunities as we expand to other categories. The most successful team members are self-motivated, strategic thinkers who manage a wide range of accounts. What You’ll Do:

  • Own sales targets with Banza customers, specifically managing accounts such as Key Food, ShopRite, Ingles, Weis, and others.
  • Use analytical skills to identify opportunities and share impactful sales stories with customers.
  • Build winning relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure top-notch execution and growth.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in distribution, price optimization, product placement, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Design and execute promotional plans that drive growth and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Category Management and Brand Management teams to create a holistic strategy.
  • Participate in strategic annual business planning and provide updates on your business state.
  • Represent Banza at retail meetings and industry conferences.

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS with 3-5+ years of experience in account management within the food CPG industry.
  • Strong planning and customer management skills, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept in the food retail environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $95,000 – $125,000, plus a separate 20% target annual bonus.
