Twój zakres obowiązków

• Realizacja zadań obróbczych na maszynach CNC,
• Obróbka detali zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną, normami jakości i harmonogramem produkcji,
• Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości wykonanych elementów, zgodnie z wymaganiami projektowymi i procedurami kontroli jakości,
• Monitorowanie przebiegu procesu obróbki oraz zgłaszanie usterek lub odchyleń od norm,
• Dbanie o terminową realizację powierzonych zleceń produkcyjnych,
• Zapewnienie prawidłowego użytkowania i podstawowej konserwacji maszyn oraz narzędzi,
• Kontrola jakości i optymalizacja procesów,
• Kontrola wymiarów, tolerancji i jakości powierzchni obrabianych detali,
• Współpraca z Działem Jakości w celu eliminacji usterek i wdrażania usprawnień,
• Zgłaszanie propozycji ulepszeń w procesach obróbki w ramach ciągłego doskonalenia,
• Przestrzeganie procedur, przestrzeganie przepisów i regulaminów obowiązujących w firmie, Przestrzeganie standardów i procedur z zakresu BHP, PPOŻ, Ochrony Środowiska,
• Współpraca z innymi Działami w firmie,
• Przekazywanie informacje o postępie prac i ewentualnych problemach produkcyjnych.

Nasze wymagania

• Podstawowa znajomość obsługi obrabiarek CNC oraz narzędzi pomiarowych (np. suwmiarka, mikrometr),
• Wykształcenie średnie techniczne (np. kierunki: mechanika, elektrotechnika, mechatronika lub pokrewne),
• Min. 1-2 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku,
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole,
• Gotowość do pracy zmianowej,
• Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
• Doświadczenie w pracy z obrabiarkami (frezarki, tokarki, wiertarki) - mile widziane,

Scope Rockwell Automation takes the privacy and protection of your personal data seriously.
