Your responsibilities

• Join our team and play a key role in supporting the mobilization of seafarers for one of the leading companies in the maritime industry!
• We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic international environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the mobilization process for seafarers of specific nationalities.
• Liaise with training centers and medical providers when required.
• Communicate with seafarers regarding mobilization procedures and documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of visas and other formalities.
• Verify completeness and authenticity of all pre-joining documents as per applicable requirements.
• Organize pre-joining preparations: certifications, courses, tests, and medical appointments.
• Maintain contact with personnel during leave and mobilization.
• Manage training enrollments for joining crew.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records in ShipSure Crewing and upload documents as needed.
• Process flag state document applications and maintain control procedures.
• Provide administrative support to other members of the Crew Cell.
• Success Indicators:
• Timely processing of flag state documents, visas, and other requirements.
• Accurate and prompt training enrollment for joining crew.
• Efficient data entry and document uploads in ShipSure.
• Positive feedback from key stakeholders (e.g., supervisors, seafarers).

Our requirements

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including English at least at an intermediate level.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Minimum education: High school diploma (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field is an advantage).
• Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels and from different countries.
• High attention to detail.

Optional

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Subsea/Marine/Offshore Construction Industry.
