Your role as Doradca / Doradczyni Sprzedaży focuses on creating a memorable client experience while learning, acting, and impacting the customer journey through technology, trend creation, and seamless online‑offline integration.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional customer service: you will be attentive, possess a sense of style, and notice what matters to the client. You will care for product, space, and atmosphere to encourage repeat visits, and you will play a part in beginning relationships through every interaction. Your role supports employee experience, offering a learning environment that may lead to a development program and a future higher position.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, style awareness, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Compensation

Full time – 5,650 zł brutto (about 168 hours/month). 0.8 time – 4,520 zł brutto (about 134 hours/month). 0.6 time – 3,390 zł brutto (about 100 hours/month). Additionally, you may receive a Challenge bonus and an annual award.
