Job Description

  • Process shipments in ECS.
  • Control the accuracy of shipments delivery.
  • Cooperate with COD departments and other financial and non‑financial departments such as GL, AP, AR, and ICRIS.
  • Oversee and maintain the flow of information.
  • Ensure an adequate level of customer service internal and external.

Qualifications

  • Very good English.
  • Knowledge of accounting basis.
  • Key entry accuracy.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Time management skills.
  • Very well organized.
  • At least 6 month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only).
