Job Description
- Process shipments in ECS.
- Control the accuracy of shipments delivery.
- Cooperate with COD departments and other financial and non‑financial departments such as GL, AP, AR, and ICRIS.
- Oversee and maintain the flow of information.
- Ensure an adequate level of customer service internal and external.
Qualifications
- Very good English.
- Knowledge of accounting basis.
- Key entry accuracy.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Time management skills.
- Very well organized.
- At least 6 month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only).
