IT/Cloud Administrator

Responsibilities

• Management and support for Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
• Administration and maintenance of infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of network, DNS, and SMTP issues
• Automation of IT processes using AI tools and scripting
• Collaboration with the DevOps team and supervision of external contractors

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in managing cloud environments and IT infrastructure
• Very good command of spoken and written English (C1 level)
• Technologies: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365
• Networking and security: Basic knowledge of networking, DNS configuration and SMTP troubleshooting
• Automation: Knowledge of scripting and IT process automation tools
• IT processes: Ability to implement and optimise IT procedures within an organisation
• Analytical skills: Proactive approach to solving IT problems and optimising processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring systems
