IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager

• What we expect from you:
• 6+ years in IT Asset Management with expertise in the field of ITAM Governance, Vendor Management and/or IT Contract Management.
• Proficient knowledge (including implementation and/or operation) of at least one of the following SAM tools - ServiceNow, Snow License Manager and/or Flexera FNMS is very important to the role.
• Solid knowledge of the licensing (on-premises and cloud) of one or more of the major publishers on the market (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, VMware, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc.)
• Understanding of IT - familiarity with topics such as IT infrastructure, cloud, operating systems, virtualization, or network architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Polish and English, written and spoken, is a MUST.
• Effective interpersonal and influencing skills are essential.
• Skills and capabilities related to project management and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work products.
• Additional advantages would be:
• SAM tools certification confirming the knowledge including ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow SAM Pro CIS, Snow Software / Flexera issued certification.
• Experience in software contract negotiation and renewal is a significant advantage.
• Awareness of industry trends and licensing models for various software publishers.
• Hardware Asset Management processes and governance experience.
• Proficiency in IT standards (ITIL, Agile, etc.) confirmed by the certification.
• Skills and capabilities related to proposal writing, report writing, and delivering presentations.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills including the ability to translate technical information to a variety of audiences.
• German language skills are a significant advantage.
