For more information, visit: We're Hiring Lead Site Reliability Engineer! WHAT WILL YOUR CHALLENGES BE? Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues across advanced bare-metal hardware, Linux operating systems, and networking environments. Analyzing installation logs, OS-level metrics, and orchestration environments to identify the root causes of AI cluster deployment failures. Collaborating with hardware engineering teams to escalate and resolve hardware-related issues (e.g., BIOS, BMC, PCIe, and network switches). Monitoring and troubleshooting failures in automated CI/CD processes. Coordinating the work of a shift-based team and communicating with global technical leads. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills (minimum 5 years of experience). Knowledge of IP networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching (minimum 5 years of experience). Hardware/Firmware troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of bare-metal servers, BIOS, and BMC systems. Strong analytical skills, including ticket handling and analysis of system and installation logs. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). Scripting skills in Bash / Python. Experience with network-based server deployment (PXE/netboot). WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
