Your responsibilities, Monitor and support IT operations in a 24/7 environment, Supervise batch processing activities using VTOM, Identify, analyse and perform first-level troubleshooting of operational incidents, Escalate issues according to defined procedures and SLA requirements, Communicate with French-speaking clients and provide regular status updates, Handle operational requests and collaborate with technical support teams, Follow established operational processes, documentation and best practices

Good working knowledge of VTOM, including job monitoring, failure identification and first-level troubleshooting, Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, French language proficiency at C1 level or higher, Good command of English for daily communication and documentation, Availability to work in a 24/7 shift model, including nights, weekends and public holidays, Strong communication and customer service skills, Basic understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring, batch processing and incident management, Ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures and escalate issues when required

Optional, Previous experience in IT Operations, Monitoring or Service Desk environments, Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes, Basic scripting skills, such as Bash or PowerShell, ITIL Foundation certification or practical knowledge of ITIL framework
