Your tasks

• migrating contract data from the source system to the target system in accordance with established procedures
• verifying the accuracy, completeness, and quality of migrated data (including metadata, attachments, and key fields)
• entering and organizing information within contract management systems
• preparing summaries, progress reports, and checklists in Microsoft Excel
• working closely with the project team, IT, and business contract owners
• communicating in English with international team members and system providers
• escalating problems and blockers in a timely and transparent manner
• documenting completed activities (including migration logs, error reports, and change logs)
• reporting process improvements and identifying potential risks
