Currently, we are expanding the GBS Procurement Team and are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Subcontract Administrator.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Manage the end-to-end subcontracting process for professional and construction services, from sourcing and bid evaluation to contract award and execution.
  • Coordinate procurement activities related to subcontracted services, ensuring compliance with project requirements, company policies, and established procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Procurement Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Lead subcontract administration activities for small projects and independently manage day-to-day subcontracting tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Apply procurement best practices and knowledge of subcontracting principles to ensure effective execution of subcontracting activities.

Here's what you'll need

  • Available to work late shifts (12 pm – 8 PM local Krakow time, working days Monday to Friday).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, construction, supply chain, or operations management, or equivalent project experience.  
  • 5+ years of experience in construction contracting.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing Projects is preferred.
  • Experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.   
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • A drive to solve complex and challenging problems.
