Sales Manager | Spanish-Speaking Markets (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid (office in Warsaw)

We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for Sales Manager | Spanish-Speaking Markets (Medical Devices) at a fast-growing  MedTech company

Our client is looking for a  Sales Manager who will support the expansion of modern diagnostics by supporting customers implement innovative hardware and software solutions. 

The ideal Candidate should have experience working with B2B clients and be fluent in both Spanish and English. 

The role is hybrid, with the office based in Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales of innovative diagnostic systems on English and Spanish speaking countries with sales and marketing team to the clinics.
  • Contacting potential clients.
  • Following up on potential deals and closing the deals.
  • Working with CRM systems, tracking and reporting sales performance.
  • Onboarding distributors.
  • Maintain good relationships with distributors, clients, marketing and product team. 

Key requirements

  • University degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (products or services). 
  • Experience within the medical industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with sensitivity to clients’ needs.
  • Exposure to international markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven personality.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (4-5 times per year).
