Role Summary
The Coupa Procurement and Supplier Enablement Manager will lead CANPACK’s global procurement transformation by managing Coupa platform implementation and driving supplier enablement strategies across multiple regions. This role ensures seamless integration of procurement processes, electronic invoicing, and supplier onboarding to achieve operational efficiency, compliance, and cost savings. It also functions as the internal Subject Matter Expert to drive the utilization and utility of Coupa within CANPACK’s procure-to-pay processes.

Core responsibilities
- Work with both external consultants and internal stakeholders to develop and execute a global Coupa procurement and supplier enablement strategy.
- Lead supplier onboarding initiatives, including catalog setup, PO collaboration, and electronic invoicing enablement.
- Manage supplier segmentation and spend analysis to prioritize enablement waves and integration methods (Punchout, Hosted Catalogs, CSP, cXML).
- Oversee Coupa system configuration for procurement workflows, catalogs, and supplier connectivity during project implementation and ongoing maintenance & improvements.
- Coordinate multilingual supplier communication plans, readiness surveys, and training programs.
- Collaborate with IT and Coupa implementation partners to ensure successful integration and testing of supplier connections.
- Monitor enablement KPIs and procurement performance metrics, reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with global tax regulations, procurement policies, and risk‑management standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to supplier enablement specialists and procurement team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives post go‑live, including automation opportunities and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement systems management and supplier enablement in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration and delivering business results.
- Proven expertise in Coupa platform implementation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing methods (CSP, cXML) and catalog management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English (required); additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a global, fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in global procurement operations and supplier enablement strategies.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, risk management, and governance in supplier onboarding.
