Your responsibilities
- Lead and execute the technical scope of systems/services commercial turbomachinery related projects from the quotation phase through execution, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning. Key elements include: Creating system architecture, Designing of control panels, Managing components (BOM), Developing control software applications, Creating HMI/SCADA applications, Performing testing and FAT, Providing production & commissioning support.
- Provide technical support to customers
- Deliver technical training sessions to customers
- Support the commercial team by contributing to proposal creation, offering technical expertise for commercial offers, and participating in customer presentations.
Our requirements
- Knowledge related to turbomachinery and/or rotating machinery
- Proficiency in programming languages for PLCs
- Understanding of hardware-related topics for control systems
- Working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., Creo, ePlan Pro Panel) and familiarity with control cabinet design standards
- Knowledge of SCADA systems, such as iFIX, Citect, and Cimplicity (advantageous)
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Automation & Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related
- 4+ years of proven experience in Industrial Automation
- Communicative Polish & English, other languages would be a plus
- A strong work ethics, enthusiasm, cooperation, and communication skills

About The Role:
We are seeking a Quality Engineer – Airworthiness, Certification & MRO Operations to support aviation quality, compliance, and certification activities within a Part 145 environment. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting airworthiness and certification programs, and maintaining quality systems that support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, maintenance, operations, regulatory authorities, customers, and other stakeholders to support audits, certification activities, process improvements, corrective actions, and the successful execution of MRO and transition projects.
