Contract Negotiator - Poland - Sponsor dedicated

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategies and investigator grant estimates for assigned sponsors and studies
• Create and maintain contract language, payment terms, and budget templates
• Manage contracting systems, tools, and processes according to project scope
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver compliant project outcomes
• Provide legal, operational, and financial support for site agreements and trial initiation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of clinical site contracting experience with sponsors or CROs
• Demonstrated global or regional contract negotiation experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to challenge
• Excellent legal, financial, and technical writing capabilities
• Deep understanding of regulated clinical trial environments and drug development
• Knowledge of clinical trial contract management best practices

Compensation: zł102,800.00 - zł272,500.00 base
