Global Study Manager

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Global Study Manager for a sponsor-dedicated role based in EMEA. The position involves designing and executing clinical trials, managing day-to-day operations, analyzing trial data, and collaborating across global teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful study outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment and comprehensive protocols
• Oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations ensuring regulatory compliance
• Analyze and interpret trial data to identify trends and optimize study outcomes
• Proactively address challenges and implement solutions for successful trial execution
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of global clinical trial management experience
• Extensive experience on global trials spanning EMEA, APAC, LATAM regions
• Expertise in clinical trial design and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with medical data interpretation ability
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
