Mainly act as a coach for the team, removing impediments and facilitate events. You will have real impact on team’s performance.

Your responsibilities, You will act as a leader, role model supporting team and Product Owner., Develop self-management and interdisciplinary teamwork focusing on producing valuable elements, removing barriers and ensuring adherence to defined scrum ceremonies., You will be responsible for identifying team needs and provide needed support.

Practical experience in managing team as a Scrum Master or Team Leader in IT systems development., You have knowledge and practical experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)., You know software development cycle., You are a person with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills., Fluent German as a must.
