Your responsibilities

• Own a defined accounting domain within your entity, ensuring accurate balances, correctly coded postings, and full compliance at all times
• Apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements independently; investigate discrepancies and bring clear recommendations to the Senior Accountant before acting
• Manage journal entries and multi-currency transactions daily in Odoo (ERP)
• Support month-end close for your domain, ensuring postings, reconciliations, and documentation are complete within the agreed timetable
• Support tax compliance for your assigned entities, providing documentation and reconciliations to external tax advisors as needed
• Guide Associate Accountants in your domain, setting the standard for accuracy, escalation, and documentation
• Track regulatory developments relevant to your domain and flag changes that impact how it's managed

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of accounting experience within an international corporate company or fast-scaling environment.
• A solid working knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements, with a degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Strong familiarity with cloud ERP systems, with direct experience in Odoo considered a strong asset.
• Excellent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher to confidently coordinate and escalate matters with global teams.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach combined with an ambitious, self-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
