Commercial Education Senior Specialist - Surgery

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Commercial Education Senior Specialist to develop and deliver learning programs for the Surgery business across Central and Eastern Europe. The role combines educational strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and market knowledge to support sales and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute prioritized learning programs aligned to regional and organizational objectives
• Lead training delivery across live, virtual, and self-guided formats for field sales teams
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and external faculty to translate business strategy into educational initiatives
• Develop market and clinical knowledge to shape consistent, best-in-class educational approaches
• Assess customer insights and training trends to drive curriculum improvements and process simplification

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years sales or marketing experience
• Medical devices industry background required
• Surgical medical devices experience strongly preferred
• Fluent English language proficiency
• Commercial education or training experience preferred
