What skill are we looking for? Proven knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar).Hands-on experience applying instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to course development.Ability to translate complex content into clear, engaging self-paced learning experiences.Familiarity with assessment design and learner evaluation techniques.LMS course publishing and configuration basics.Attention to detail and strong editorial and visual judgment.Availability to work in a hybrid work model, hours 10:00-18:00. Perfect candidate also has: 2 – 5 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
