About the project, Build underlying financial intelligence systems powering leading global banks, touching the lives of over 100 million active users across more than 30 countries., As Infrastructure & AI Lead, you will operate at the critical junction of two pivotal business tracks: maintaining a rock-solid operational backbone for our organization and driving pragmatic, real-world AI adoption across non-technical departments (such as HR, Legal, and Finance)., Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead a lean, dedicated IT team (1-2 engineers). You won't just sit in high-level strategy meetings - you’ll have a seat at the leadership table with full authority to build, automate, and shape the IT ecosystem you’ve always wanted to work in.

Your responsibilities, Bridge Business & AI: Partner directly with cross-functional executive stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical AI automations and workflows that non-technical teams actually use daily., Own the Operational Backbone: Oversee core IT infrastructure, device management, identity & access control (IAM), and software licensing within a modern cloud ecosystem., Lead Hands-On: Guide and mentor a small, agile engineering team while staying close to the tech—writing scripts, setting up internal tooling, and solving technical challenges directly., Ensure Security & Compliance: Act as the technical anchor for security frameworks and audit processes (e.g., ISO 27001), ensuring data protection without slowing down business momentum.

Experienced IT Infrastructure Leader: You have a proven track record managing IT administration, access management, and cloud environments (primarily Azure/Microsoft stack)., AI-Native Practitioner: You don't just follow AI trends; you actively use tools like Claude or Cursor in your daily workflow and understand how to build simple, effective automations that bring tangible business value., Pragmatic & Solution-Oriented: You take full ownership of problems, balance architectural trade-offs, and prefer practical execution over administrative overhead., Strong Communicator: You can easily translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and discuss high-level strategic goals with business executives.
