Job Role
The Sales Manager – Poland will be responsible for driving business growth and market expansion for the company's residential energy storage and renewable energy solutions across the Polish market. This role focuses on developing distributor networks, building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships within the energy storage ecosystem.
Working closely with headquarters and regional stakeholders, the successful candidate will lead commercial activities ranging from customer acquisition and channel development to contract negotiations and account management. This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals with strong exposure to energy storage systems, renewable energy products, solar technologies, or electrical infrastructure solutions, particularly those possessing established industry networks throughout Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand distributor, reseller, installer, and channel partner networks across Poland to increase market penetration and sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential energy storage, renewable energy, and electrical infrastructure sectors.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, EPC companies, installers, wholesalers, and strategic business partners.
- Conduct customer visits, commercial presentations, product demonstrations, and business development meetings to generate new sales opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations, manage contract discussions, and support successful project and order execution.
- Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead follow-up and conversion management.
- Coordinate closely with headquarters regarding customer requirements, technical support needs, product feedback, and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, regulatory developments, and customer demand patterns to support business growth strategies.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction through effective account management, order tracking, and long-term relationship development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, International Business, or related disciplines.
- Must possess legal permanent residency or long-term work authorization in Poland.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience within residential energy storage systems, battery storage solutions, renewable energy, solar energy, electrical infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven experience developing distributor networks, channel partnerships, EPC relationships, installer networks, wholesalers, or strategic business partnerships within Poland.
- Demonstrated success managing the complete B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, customer acquisition, negotiations, contract execution, and account management.
- Strong understanding of residential energy storage systems, lithium-ion battery technologies, solar inverter solutions, and renewable energy products.
- Excellent business development, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Highly independent, self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of managing market expansion activities autonomously.
- Strong analytical thinking, sales planning, pipeline management, and opportunity development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Poland for customer visits, business development activities, and partner engagement.
- Professional fluency in English and Polish is mandatory for daily business communication and market development activities.
- Chinese language capability is highly preferred to facilitate communication and collaboration with headquarters and engineering teams.
