Within LLP business (Lead Logistics Partner) we deliver 4PL (Fourth Party Logistics) services for our European and global customers. Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale business and IT projects,
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources in line with stakeholder expectations,
  • Monitor progress, report status, and ensure transparency across stakeholders,
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks; manage issues and escalations when needed,
  • Lead cross-functional teams, driving engagement and accountability,
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and drive benefit realization,
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level,
  • Support change management activities in line with ACT methodology,
  • Ensure high-quality project documentation and compliance with governance standards,
  • Take ownership and continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (logistics experience is a strong asset),
  • Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies,
  • Experience in both business and IT project environments,
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, IPMA or equivalent) is an advantage,
  • Advanced English (written and spoken),
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills,
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level exposure,
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills,
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
