Analyzer’s Engineer / Instrumentation Engineer

Your responsibilities
- Preparing and coordinating technical requisitions for analyzer packages.
- Managing bidding processes, purchase orders, and reviewing vendor documentation and drawings.
- Verifying project documentation for completeness and compliance with standards, contractual requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Designing and engineering process analytical systems for Oil & Gas and petrochemical projects.
- Preparing instrumentation design concepts based on analytical schedules, process data sheets, and project Basis of Design.
- Specifying primary and secondary sampling systems, including sample transport solutions.
- Preparing analyzer hook-ups and engineering data sheets for analyzers and analyzer houses.
- Supporting inspections and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for analyzer systems.
- Developing innovative analytical solutions in cooperation with R&D teams for new and complex applications.
- Participating in the development and updating of internal engineering standards.
- Collaborating within international and multicultural project teams.
- Supporting the execution of domestic and international engineering projects.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders in English and Polish.
- Occasional business travel related to project execution and inspections.
Our requirements
- Master's degree in Automation, Process Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in process analytics within the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or related process industries.
- Experience designing and engineering analytical systems, including sampling and analyzer integration.
- Strong knowledge of process analyzers, including online analyzers, in-situ analyzers, process and quality analyzers, gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, IR analyzers, paramagnetic analyzers, moisture analyzers, dew point analyzers, TCD analyzers, CEMS, pH/conductivity analyzers, and similar technologies.
- Experience working for a plant engineering company as an Instrumentation Engineer.
- Proficiency in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI).
- Basic knowledge of Smart Plant 3D (SP3D).
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently on both proposals and project execution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
- Willingness to undertake short business trips.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Polish language skills required; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
Optional
- Experience with analyzer house design and specifications.
- Knowledge of engineering standards and procedures.
- Experience participating in FATs, inspections, and vendor management activities.
- Additional foreign language skills.
