• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java/Jakarta EE
• Proven experience in software architecture and technical leadership
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable applications
• Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices
• Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
