About the project
As the VP of AI Enablement, you will be the driving force behind our transition to an AI-fluent organization. This is not a theoretical or purely strategic role; it is an execution-heavy mission to pivot our entire engineering manpower (and eventually back-office) into a new era of productivity.
You will align your strategic projects with the CTO Office while working side-by-side with the Delivery leadership to ensure AI is embedded in every project we ship. Your success will be measured by how quickly and effectively you can turn our 500+ person organization into an AI-native benchmark for the industry.
Your responsibilities
Standards & Tooling
- Define AI-Powered Delivery: Establish the "STX Standard" for what it means to be an AI-powered engineering team.
- Tool Selection: Own the decision-making process for our AI stack (e.g., GitHub Copilot vs. Cursor, Claude vs. Gemini) and ensure these tools are adopted globally.
- Cost & ROI Modeling: Monitor the cost of tokens and licenses, and work with finance to model these costs into our business and client-billing structures.
Workforce Transformation
- Upskilling Leadership: Take ownership of the AI Bootcamp tracks for both technical and non-technical staff.
- Engineering Pivot: Shift the engineering culture from traditional development to AI-native workflows across Engineering, QA, Product Design, Cloud, and Data.
- Competency Verification: Overhaul our recruitment and evaluation processes to make AI skills a mandatory requirement for every role in the company.
Client & Business Value
- Value Proposition: Quantify and "expose" the productivity gains and acceleration we achieve through AI to our clients.
- Business Model Innovation: Lead the transition from traditional "time and seniority" billing to modern models like "AI Pods" or output-based settlements.
- Sales Support: Act as a high-level consultant to convince skeptical clients of the competitive advantages of our AI-driven approach.

- Deep Technical Fluency: You are respected by senior engineers. You understand the nuances of LLMs, prompt engineering, and the current AI dev-tool landscape.
- Operational Excellence: Experience managing large-scale organizational change or "Agile-style" transformations.

- Brutality in Execution: You prioritize results over consensus. You have the maturity and "no-mercy" attitude required to change how 500 people work in a very short timeframe.
- High-Stakes Leadership: You are more of an "Executor" than a "Coach." You can delegate effectively and hold teams accountable to rigorous new standards.
- Visionary yet Grounded: You can talk about the future of AI without losing sight of today’s margins and delivery deadlines.

You will have the mandate to reshape the DNA of a major software house, with the full backing of the Board and the CTO.
