The solution focuses on simplifying and accelerating the journey from idea to production, helping teams collaborate, plan, and execute creative projects more effectively.

The product leverages advanced AI models (image, text, and video) and combines them into intelligent workflows designed for real-world collaboration. Instead of focusing only on content generation, the platform addresses key challenges in planning, coordination, and execution.

We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, moves fast, and wants to have a real impact on both product and engineering practices.

Technology stack: React.js, React Query, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, AWS, MongoDB, Fal (image model APIs), REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, AI/ML model integration, prompt engineering, LLM workflows

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of the P/SDLC; identifying bottlenecks; optimizing processes; increasing team velocity from idea to deployment;
• Designing and implementing an AI-native PDLC; integrating tools; defining and tracking performance metrics;
• Shipping full-stack solutions independently; collaborating with PXMs on specifications and problem-solving; delivering business and customer outcomes;
• Mentoring and upskilling the team; raising execution standards; scaling best practices across the organization;
• Driving product innovation; defining and running experiments; using data to deliver measurable impact;
• Building a high-velocity, execution-focused culture; unblocking teams; enabling fast iteration and continuous delivery.

Our requirements

• Proven experience managing SDLC/PDLC end-to-end;
• Strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements;
• Solid engineering background (full-stack); ability to independently deliver solutions;
• Experience working closely with Product / PXM; strong understanding of business metrics;
• Exposure to AI environments, tooling, or automation-driven workflows;
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-change environments; iterative mindset;
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams;
• Strong product mindset; ability to define and execute experiments.

Optional

• Leadership experience; track record of leading teams with clear goals and outcomes;
• Background in film, video, or creative tech industries;
• Experience working with image and video model APIs in production;
• Knowledge of prompt chaining and AI model orchestration;
• DevOps or Product Ops background;
• Proven ability to significantly increase team velocity (e.g., 2x improvements);
• Design skills or experience managing design systems;
• Strong product sense; ability to identify and execute on market opportunities.
