Revenue Management Associate with French Summary of the role:

As a Revenue Management Associate , you will support Contract Fulfilment and Billing activities for Amadeus products and services across Europe.

You will help ensure the smooth execution of contract transcription, ordering and billing processes, while working closely with customers, business partners and internal teams. You will also contribute to resolving operational issues and improving processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Your responsibilities:

• Support both Contract Fulfilment and Billing teams, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment of processes.
• Manage contract transcription and ordering activities with a focus on the European region.
• Administer customer accounts on invoice distribution portals, including access management and user support.
• Upload and maintain invoice documentation in customer portals such as Chorus.
• Manage selected accounts end-to-end, from contract analysis to preparation of complete billing information.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on ordering and billing activities.
• Act as a business partner for internal teams, management and customers on ordering-related topics.
• Identify and help resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract fulfilment, ordering and billing processes.

About the ideal candidate:

• You have a strong command of French, both written and spoken
• You are comfortable working with operational processes and detailed information.
• You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You enjoy collaborating with different teams, customers and stakeholders.
• You can work autonomously within defined processes while knowing when to involve more senior colleagues.
• You are well-organized and able to manage priorities across different activities.
• Previous experience or knowledge related to billing, contract fulfilment, order management or similar operational processes would be an advantage.
