Задачи:

• Run end-to-end recruitment processes
• Coordinate a team of recruiters and report results to the Talent Attraction & Acquisition area leader
• Collaborate directly with business-line teams and HR Business Partners on current hiring needs and long-term talent acquisition strategy
• Use modern and proprietary recruitment tools and implement new solutions to improve process efficiency and candidate experience
• Collaborate with the Employer Branding team and other Talent Team groups on joint projects
• Support technology bootcamps and large-scale development and mentoring programs
• Use Microsoft Copilot, EY.ai EYQ, and other AI solutions for analytical work, data analysis, and development of new organizational solutions

Требования:

• Minimum 6 years of experience running recruitment processes
• Successful experience in professional services
• Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating a team
• Knowledge of current recruitment labor-market trends and ability to advise the business as a trusted partner
• Expertise in sourcing talent, including niche profiles, under short deadlines while maintaining a high-quality recruitment process
• Accountability for assigned tasks and processes, with the ability to make independent decisions in a complex work environment
• Fluent English and Polish for everyday business communication, minimum C1
• Interest in developing toward talent management
