About the project, At Mood Up, we design and develop digital products for international clients. We are currently looking for a strong Mid iOS Developer to join a full-time IoT project involving mobile communication with connected devices., , This role is a strong match for someone who has hands-on experience with Bluetooth Low Energy and understands the challenges of building reliable communication between mobile applications and physical devices.

Your responsibilities, Developing and maintaining a native iOS application for an IoT product, Implementing communication between the mobile application and connected devices using Bluetooth Low Energy, Improving device discovery, pairing, connection stability and data synchronization, Building new features using Swift and the iOS SDK, Integrating the application with REST APIs and external services, Diagnosing issues related to Bluetooth communication, application state and device connectivity, Participating in technical discussions and architectural decisions, Writing clean, maintainable and testable code, Conducting code reviews and supporting other team members, Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, designers and product stakeholders, Communicating with an international client and project team in English

Strong commercial experience in native iOS development, Very good knowledge of Swift, Practical experience with Bluetooth Low Energy, Good knowledge of Core Bluetooth, Experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI, Understanding of asynchronous programming and application lifecycle management, Experience with REST API integrations, Knowledge of common architectural patterns such as MVVM, Ability to debug complex issues involving mobile applications and external devices, Experience with Git and code review processes, Ability to write unit tests, Strong ownership, communication and problem-solving skills, English proficiency at C1 level, Availability for full-time cooperation

Optional, Previous experience in IoT, smart home, security or connected-device projects, Experience with Swift Concurrency, Combine or reactive programming, Knowledge of CI/CD processes for iOS applications, Experience with automated testing, Understanding of Bluetooth communication limitations across different iOS devices and system versions, Experience publishing and maintaining applications in the App Store
