  • Reporting & BI: Leading the development of our Power BI reporting landscape, including data models and KPI standardization.
  • Data Integration: Connecting internal and external data sources into the platform, including SAP data (e.g. S/4HANA and modules such as Ariba or SuccessFactors), working closely with our Infrastructure team.
  • Data Culture: Actively promoting a data-driven culture across the company, including the ongoing development of our Data Catalog and our Data Mesh approach with clearly defined Data Owners.
  • Future Topics: Helping to shape the platform's readiness for future needs such as real-time/streaming data, Machine Learning, AI-driven analytics and self-service BI.

Our requirements

  • Several years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or Data Engineering, at a mid-to-senior level.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, including people management responsibility.
  • Experience working in mid-sized or internationally structured companies.
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts such as Data Catalogs, Data Ownership, Data Mesh.
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks as a data warehouse / lakehouse platform.
  • Experience with data integration and transformation tools such as Fivetran and dbt.
  • Experience with Power BI, including data modeling.
  • Good English skills are important.

Optional
