Your responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain architectural drawings (e.g. floor plans, layouts) using CAD tools
• Ensure drawing standards, version control and proper documentation of changes
• Maintain and manage space data in the CAFM system (e.g. area, usage type, cost center allocation)
• Coordinate plan updates and space changes with internal stakeholders (e.g. Facility Management)
• Prepare and maintain site plans and property documentation
• Deliver reports and analyses based on space data to support business decisions
• Support internal projects (relocations, refurbishments, workspace changes)
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency of drawings and space

Our requirements

• Experience in architectural CAD drafting (building construction)
• Good knowledge of CAD tools (preferably AutoCAD)
• Good technical understanding
• MS Office skills
• German language at least B2
• Structured and detail-oriented way of working

Optional

• Experience with CAFM systems or space management tools
• Experience in Facility Management or building documentation
• Experience with space data and reporting
• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
