Your role
As a Junior Demand Planner, you will support demand planning and forecasting activities within the Global Supply and Operations Planning team. Working closely with experienced planners and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help analyze demand trends, maintain forecast data, and monitor planning performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills, gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, and contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels and high customer service standards in a dynamic international environment.

Your tasks
Generate demand forecasts using historical sales data, demand drivers, and statistical forecasting methods.
Analyze seasonality, market trends, pricing impacts, and external factors influencing demand.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to build and align consensus forecasts.
Monitor forecast accuracy, identify deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Identify demand risks and opportunities while supporting inventory optimization and service level improvements.
Participate in process improvement initiatives, planning projects, and knowledge-sharing activities across the organization.

Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Around 6 months of experience in demand planning, supply chain, logistics, forecasting, or a similar area.
Understanding of supply chain and planning processes.
Very good command of English (C1), both written and spoken.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills; familiarity with ERP or planning systems will be an advantage.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
