About the project, As an AI Governance & Data Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the AI for Tech Data workstream, ensuring that AI solutions adhere to robust data standards and governance frameworks. You will design and implement processes, deliver proof-of-concept initiatives, and establish oversight mechanisms for data-related AI use cases across the organization., , Sounds like your kind of challenge?

Your responsibilities, Design and document enforcement processes for implementing data standards within the AI Governance lifecycle, including:, Control points and evidence requirements., Exception handling workflows., MI (Management Information) and reporting procedures., Deliver a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an AI Data Pattern Library by:, Identifying existing reusable data patterns., Defining a simple taxonomy and publishing template., Curating an initial set of patterns and coordinating demos to drive adoption., Build and maintain a central tracking and orchestration layer for all data-related AI use cases, providing visibility into:, Use case status, data owners, datasets, overlaps, and dependencies., Dashboards for governance cadence and decision-making., Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills with experience in process design, governance, or delivery within a technology or data environment., Working knowledge of data management concepts, including:, Data standards, metadata, and lineage., Data quality and access controls., Ability to create clear artefacts such as workflows, RACIs, templates, and actionable MI using Excel, Power BI, and/or Jira/Confluence reporting., Confident in stakeholder management across Data Governance, Architecture, Engineering, and Risk/Control functions., Practical mindset that balances innovation and control with delivery pace., Familiarity with AI/ML delivery methods and experience with reusable pattern libraries is highly beneficial.
