Payroll Project Manager with German (m/k)

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Project Manager to lead payroll transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple countries. This role will focus on delivering payroll projects, driving standardization, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring effective collaboration between global stakeholders.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Lead and coordinate global payroll projects from planning through implementation
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and deliverables
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, Internal Controls, and external vendors
• Support the implementation of standardized payroll processes, controls, and governance frameworks
• Gather and analyze business requirements for payroll, workforce management, and HCM system changes
• Coordinate payroll system enhancements, integrations, data validation, and reconciliation activities
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and promote best practices across multiple countries

WYMAGANIA:
• 6+ years of experience in payroll, payroll transformation, or payroll project management
• Fluent German and English
• Proven experience managing international payroll projects across multiple geographies
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, and compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll systems, workforce management solutions, and HCM platforms (Workday preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus
• Flexibility to collaborate with teams across different time zones
