Your responsibilities

• Managing product-related requests and support tickets through Jira, email, and internal communication channels
• Understanding client needs and translating business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams
• Analyzing product issues, bugs, and configuration requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Coordinating, testing, and supporting configuration changes, product updates, and version upgrades, while ensuring effective communication with clients and smooth implementation of changes
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
• Preparing release notes and maintaining product documentation
• Monitoring support activities, preparing reports

Our requirements

• Experience working with international clients
• Good communication skills in working with different stakeholders, including clients and internal technical teams
• Basic understanding of IT, business systems, or product/application support processes
• Ability to analyze issues, ask follow-up questions, identify root causes, and clearly describe problems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many short, dynamic topics at the same time
• A proactive, curious, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• Very good command (C1) of Polish and English
• Readiness to learn a complex product

Optional

• Experience in customer service, product support, IT support, business support, or a similar role
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
• Openness to using AI or automation ideas to improve repetitive processes
