Your responsibilities

• Processing and validating incoming insurance applications and customer documentation.
• Executing underwriting checks based on established OpGroen guidelines and insurer requirements.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer and policy data in internal systems.
• Processing and evaluating incoming claims, fraud detection and customer documentation.
• Monitoring inboxes and workflow queues, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and SLA.
• Supporting policy changes, renewals, and administrative tasks across multiple insurance lines.
• Identifying inconsistencies or risks in documentation and escalating as needed.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of procedures, templates, and quality standards.
• Maintaining transparent documentation and audit-ready records.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.

Our requirements

• Strong understanding of administrative or operational workflows (experience in insurance is an advantage).
• Ability to quickly learn and work with digital systems, CRM environments, and document workflows.
• Solid analytical skills and high accuracy in data handling.
• Dutch proficiency for reading and writing documents and notes, and for daily collaboration with Dutch teams (minimum B2 level)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proactive, independent, and ownership‑driven work style.
• Excellent communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to follow structured procedures while spotting improvement opportunities.
• Team player who builds trusting relationships across borders.

Optional

• Education in business administration, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in an operational, administrative, or underwriting function (insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience working with international teams is an advantage.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal departments, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. You will join our brand-new Warsaw office.
