We are a leading logistics and warehousing company, handling products for various well-known brands across multiple industries. Our warehouse is a dynamic environment where tasks such as order picking, packaging, quality control, and returns processing take place. Enjoy a comfortable working temperature above 16 degrees Celsius as you take on the role of a Forklift Operator, specializing in Reachtruck and Heftruck operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Reachtruck forklift safely and efficiently.
• Work independently on assigned tasks.
• Assist with various warehouse operations as needed.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay:
  • Age 18: €10.34 gross/hour + ADV €0.18 (up to 40 hours)
  • Age 19: €11.81 gross/hour + ADV €0.21 (up to 40 hours)
  • Age 20: €13.29 gross/hour + ADV €0.24 (up to 40 hours)
  • Age 21: €14.71 gross/hour + ADV €0.26 (up to 40 hours)
  • Age 22: €14.85 gross/hour + ADV €0.26 (up to 40 hours)
  • Age 22 and above: €16.30 gross/hour (base rate €14.85 + vacation pay of at least 8% + ADV €0.26)
• Hourly Bonuses:
  • Overtime (Monday to Friday): +30%
  • Saturday: +50%
  • Sunday and holidays: +100%
• One-shift work schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements:

• Experience and certification for operating forklifts.
• Good command of English or Dutch.
• Driver's license category B is a plus.
• Willingness to engage in long-term cooperation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Manual dexterity is preferred.
