Contract Negotiator

IQVIA seeks a Contract Negotiator to support clinical trial operations in Poland on a hybrid basis. The role involves managing contracts and negotiations with sponsors and investigative sites to facilitate study initiation within a leading CRO environment.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contracts between sponsors and investigative sites
• Support clinical trial start-up processes through contract resolution
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across study teams
• Ensure contract compliance and timely execution

Requirements

• Recent law graduate or equivalent legal education background
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational capability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting
• Cross-functional collaboration mindset

Compensation: zł105,900.00 - zł196,600.00 base
