Responsibilities
- Technical oversight and maintenance of production lines and packing machines
- Performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs of machines to ensure production continuity
- Conducting failure analyses and identifying weak points in systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing equipment performance
- Assisting in ordering spare parts to minimize downtime
- Participating in the technical maintenance of building infrastructure
- Carrying out electrical and mechanical work on machines
- Ensuring technical readiness of production lines for daily delivery execution
Requirements
- Proficiency in German (at least conversational)
- Professional experience
- Relevant education (electrician, mechatronics, or related fields)
- Experience in maintaining industrial machinery
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Awareness of hygiene regulations applicable to food production
