Clinical Research Coordinator

Clinical Research Coordinator position supporting project execution and clinical operations at ICON. Part-time, site-based roles in Poland with varying weekly hours. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to advance project initiatives and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals
• Identify improvement and innovation opportunities in collaboration with team members
• Gather and analyze data to support project decision-making
• Create reports and documentation tracking project progress and milestones
• Foster cross-functional relationships and communication to enhance teamwork

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field
• Prior experience in project support or similar coordinator role
• Oncology therapeutic area experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication with problem-solving orientation
• Proficiency with relevant software applications and project management tools
