Your responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and technical specifications
• Prepare, follow up on, and track commercial offers and quotes
• Process orders and manage full order-to-cash tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure production and delivery schedules
• Maintain seamless and regular communication with customers
• Anticipate and proactively resolve disputes or contract discrepancies
• Update tracking tools (CRM) and provide sales reporting for your sector

Our requirements

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in a sales role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with precision
• Motivated to learn new things
• Responsible
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Sidonie is a plus
• You are fluent in English and French

Optional

• Work Mode
• Hybrid working model. During the probation period (3 months), you will work from the office daily. After the probation period, there is the possibility to work 2 days from home and 3 days from the office, with flexible starting hours.

• Depending on experience and level of commitment, the base salary is expected to range from PLN 6 455 to PLN 8 000 gross
