WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) based on policies
• Apply Trust & Safety guidelines and identify policy violations
• Escalate complex cases and document decisions
• Work with moderation tools and ticketing systems
• Maintain quality and productivity KPIs
• Stay updated on policy changes and participate in training

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• English + Finnish (min. B2)
• Ability to work with online content
• Attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Analytical thinking and decision-making
• Ability to remain objective and unbiased
• Emotional resilience / ability to handle sensitive content
• Experience in customer support, moderation, or BPO
• Familiarity with Trust & Safety / policy-based work
• Experience with tools (CRM, ticketing, moderation systems)
• Interest in internet culture and social media
